Critical Grant Rules: What You Need to Know Before Buying
Important Notice: Do not order or purchase any equipment until your grant award offer has been formally accepted on RPW Online. Retroactive purchases are strictly ineligible.
Eligibility Check: You must have submitted an SFS Universal Layer claim on your 2026 Single Application Form (SAF).
Acceptance: Once offered, you must accept your grant award contract within 21 calendar days.
Purchasing & Defrayment: Approved items must be paid for in full and claimed within the specified timeframe.
